forrest festival! (:

  • spending time with friends.
  • getting out of the house.
  • seeing friends out side of school.
  • CARNIVAL FOOOOOOD!
  • no school Friday. :)
I can't really remember a lot from the festival, but I can remember the one from last year. Me and my family took Logun, it was his first time riding. Logun had a lot of fun riding the rides and eating the food. My family and I all went together because it was his first time going.
After we took Logun riding, my brother, my sisters, and I all left the family and went riding without them. It was a lot of funnot having ten million kids around yelling and screaming.

the bill of rights.

My favoriate amendment from the bill of rights is the fourth amendment-Search and Seizure.  It's my favoriate and probably the most important because it guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. This amendment protects people from unlawful searches by the government or any one else. In order for there to be a search of your private property, papers, and effects a warrant must be issued. This allows the people of the United States to carry on their daily lives without fear of the government interfering.
I like the fourth amendment because it keeps everyone safe and keeps worries away.  It also lets people have a type of freedom that can't really be taken, unless there is a warrant. Without it, people could walk on and off your property without a second thought about the law. They could go through your stuff, invading your privacy without getting in trouble.
I picked the fourth amendment because it's the one I agree with the most. I think people should be allowed to do their own thing without having anyone around as long as they are not breaking the law in any way. I'm also glad they need a  valid search warrant, a valid arrest warrant; or a belief rising to the level of probable cause that an individual has committed a crime in some way.

Things I would change about school

I would like to change the way people act towards others. Everyone seems to think they are better than everyone or something along those lines. Attitude is something every student has but sometimes others use it too much.
Another thing I would change about school is the air. It's always cold in every single class room! We spend 90 minutes in that class, I feel we should be okay. We shouldn't be cold all 90 minutes. It's miserable. The teachers keep the air on according to them, not for the students.
The last thing I would change about school is we should get to move around for 5 or 10 minutes. Sitting in the same spot for 90 minutes gets old. I get really tired sitting down and listening to a teacher ramble on about something. If I get up and move I'm more awake and I actually learn something.

missing you.

I remember the day I got my dog Jake. I got Jake when I was 4 years old. He was a golden labradoodle. He would always chase me around the yard and play games with me. Jake never really hurt anyone, and he never barked at anyone. He was honestly the nicest dog I have ever had.
One night, I got really sick and my parents took me to the hospital. My dad was driving the car and he didn't even look for Jake. He had ran over Jake but he didn't tell me until I was back home. He had buried Jake when he went home that night to get me toys for the hospital.
